Love this little place! There’s always so many cute dogs. The hot chocolate and latte were both superrr good! They also have lots of vegan desserts. We had the Ukee bar and oh Lordy was it ever good. Definitely stop by here and check out the artwork and get something from their menu! Edit: Wheelchair accessible from the back parking lot :)

Whatever your hot beverage cravings are, I'm sure Moka House Coffee can deliver. Don't let the name fool ya. In addition to coffee, they also serve hot chocolate, tea, pastries, e. t.c. Their ample indoor and outdoor seating combined with the fact that they're located in a cute neighborhood make this an ideal spot for a meet-up/date. Plus they're open till 8!!! I searched high and low for a coffee house that's open "late" and I'm glad I finally found this spot. One noteworthy thing about Moka House Coffee: The 5-stars is for their carrot cake. It was simply delicious.

Service and quality of beverages is impeccable! Highly recommend their seasonal menu especially the pumpkin chain latte they currently have - delicious!! Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is quite and happy could see it as a great place to do work, read a book or meet a friend!

Moka House is amazing! The location is perfect, and the patio is lovely. The coffee and food are top-notch. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Ideal for studying or working. I’ll be back often! Special thanks to Tom and James.

Stuning and so cozy place to visit! One of my favorite coffee places in Victoria!! Never disappointed. I've even meet friends there because the vibe is amazing! Sweet staff!

Food is alright. Prices are great. Definitely affordable and nice location. Lots of space to sit inside and outside. Very crumbly food. Just be aware of picking up to eat at work, easy to make a mess. Food recipes could be less crumbly and dry, and more softer, tender. I enjoyed overall

Made the trek out from Langford to come here and it was well worth it. One of my new favorite coffee shops that I will for sure be going back to. Nice size outdoor seating area for when it's nice outside as well as some indoor seating. I've been twice now and the barista was the same both times and was very nice

Delicous flat white!! Was just walking past the cafe and it looked very inviting! The vibes here were super nice and friendly Absolutely loved the oat milk flat white the espresso was balanced and dialed well, and the foam was excellent for a flat white! Perfect temperature I could go on...Really enjoyed this coffee one of the best I've had!
